    Our projector is ceiling mounted and projects up to 5,000 lumens of colour and white brightness.


  • LOSS OR DAMAGE CHARGES

    The hirer is liable for the full cost of replacing or repairing damaged parts OR an admin charge of $50, whichever is deemed to be the greater charge.

  • Payment

    Full payment is payable for this item at the time of booking and must be paid by credit/visa debit card to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance can be paid by bank transfer or credit/visa debit card.

  • Liability

    You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is turned off and the remote control is left on the kitchen bench at the end of your event.

    If there is visible damage or lost parts at the start of your event, report it immediately as you may be held accountable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Bookings for equipment may be cancelled at any time. The Association will refund the Hire Price when a cancellation notice is received.
